Joachim vs. Nykänen & Frigren
For Seppälä's new collection designed by guest couturiers Nykänen & Frigren, Bob Helsinki, Motel Royal, Fake and Pekka joined forces to organize a fashion show based on glittering post-production and surreal drawings.
Director Rane Tiukkanen chose the illustrator Inka Järvinen because of her dark and odd collages: "She’s under the spell of a deviant talent, her lines, so controlled and mysterious, are freakily mesmerizing. Her imaginative illustration style is alien, violent and poetic at the same time."
Showing off in the parade finale, Fake was superimposing realistic backgrounds, animating Inka's artwork and adding shiny snow-like confetti.
